Rediff is not yet ready to cover football news. It is essentially a cricket oriented one, as far as sports news is concerned. When the headline includes Ronaldinho's name, one can expect the inside photo should be his; but it is Rivaldo, who is not even in the team. It would be nice if Rediff can appoint someone who is really interested in this sport, instead of asking someone to compile something about football as the big event - World Cup football - is nearing, to collect from here and there and serve us. There are Indians who really loves this beautiful game and knows about it and cares about it, so a little more sincerity would be nice.
huh!!! when u write about ronaldinho, so show his pic and not "rivaldo's" pic!!. its a shame that rediff is so enthusiatic about the world cup,,,but enthusiasm is one thing and showing the correct info is another..what a waste!
Are you cheering the Turks again this time ? Turkey is not in the Cup this year
A C Milan star Andriy Shevchenko\'s Ukraine, a team that has qualified for the first time for the World Cup finals? And Sheva is no more in Milan...he is a Chealsea star!
Guyz who dont know football themselves should not write blogs on them!!!!

read the article properly. guess u need to get yr eyes tested.
turks....with regards to last world cup. (Remember, at the last World Cup there were quite a few who turned up in red and cheered for Turkey, who were playing their first finals since 1954. The Turks not only made it past the group stage, but defied all expectations and finished third.)
Shevchenko..... former ac milan player (Former AC Milan star Andriy Shevchenko's Ukraine)

Yes of course he has joined Chelsea. But that does not detract from the fact that he was still an AC Milan star!
