Mr. Newcombe, though a great tennis player of his time, is definitely not one in possession of any sense of decorum whatsoever! He definitely is an example of the typical Australian attitude of putting people down as far as possible. Hasn't it always been the Australian way to talk big? Take for example, Ricky Ponting and Shane Warne from their cricket team. Another example was evident when some of their soccer team members spoke out about their match with Italy. And now this! I don't think I need to say more on this matter... Sampras, Agassi and Federer are all pretty good...
