After BORG era, no other contemporary GRASS court specialist has come so close to achieving SUCCESS on CLAY the way you have done this year on CLAY as a build up to WIMBLEDON. ANDRE AGASSI has conquered ALL the MAJORS but he was not as dominating over the entire period as you have been doing. NADAL has been your NEMESIS for the last year and a half especially on CLAY. The first set at FRENCH 2006 FINAL should lift up your spirits on CLAY and I am sure you are the one who is going to stop NADAL on CLAY next year. CONGRATS for WIMBLEDON 2006.
Well, Federer has done it again!!!!....But Nadal has confirmed one thing for sure....Federer is NOT unbeatable on grass!!....Clearly, Nadal lost the match bcos of his relatively weak service...To win Wimbledon(or beat Roger), you MUST serve BIG... If u follow tennis, you will be aware that most champions at Wimbledon were serve-n-volley players....Sampras, Becker, Edberg, McEnroe etc....But today, there is hardly anyone who does that...thats one of the reasons nobody's able to conquer Federer on grass....its a different story on clay of course...And honestly, Federer's contemporaries are not as threatening apart from Nadal....Thankfully, there is somebody who can challenge Federer now...Nadal has a good attitude towards the game...very determined as well...he has a great all round game....My message to Nadal would be....IMPROVE YOUR SERVE....and you'll win on all surfaces!!!
