Oye Rajeevji, it seems the calender was not all that stupid after all and the Year of the Dog did prove its bite! Italy did win due to their Dogged perseverance! Wonder if they will go all they way to win the Cup !
Italy will definitely reach the finals .This is the Year of the Dog as per the Chinese calendar . 1970,1982,1994 were similar years ,and indeed they did reach the finals during these years . So be it a con job ( as against Australia) or a canine job , italy will definitel be through to the finals along with Brazil.

It's good that you prediction for Italy is matched.Now i say you said Brazil but they gone.Now i brazilian could help to win the cup that is scorali for Portugal.
Argentine coach pekerman erred by substituting Riquelme. He is the playmaker and mid field general of the team and it showed when germany equalised after his departure. Linoel Messi should have come on for Crespo and along with Tevez, they would have caused havoc in German defence. But this argentine team is a young squad and 4 years later with match experience, they will be the team to watch out at South Africa. As for Italy, it is pure luck that they have come up to this stage. I wont be surprised if they are thrashed 0-3 by Germany in the semis. In case, they win they are sure to be thrased by the other three teams France, Portugal and of course Brazil.
Both Argentina and Germany didnt deserve to lose. It was a gem of a match which was rather the unofficial finale. Post mortem will not help Argentina now . Any way thanks to the latin american feast . France will be the underdogs in this worldcup and they will pack England in the semis. Why i didnt mention Brazil here is bcoz i dont think Brazil is left with the Samba Magic anymore. Tonight Brazil will feel the French Veteran heat and will bow out of this tournament. I think France will meet Germany in the finals and Germans will lift the cup for the 4th time.
Hello, I think germany deserved to win due to sheer brilliance and confidence they showed to win.They held there nerves.They silence d their critics.Argentina ha to sub messi for luis gozales and not for riquelme and they should not have sustituted crespo.Italy are yet to orove it against top team.So i Predict Germany to go to finals.
