Congratulations to the only true champion that India currently has. Before him, all we had to brag about was that we invented the game... no contemporary achievement to talk about. Since 1987, one man has changed all that single-handed and today we have at least 4-5 players capapble on taking on the best. It is really sad that his achievements go largely unheralded at least in compared to that pathetic bunch in whites, who find themselves on centerspreads without a quarter of his individual achievements.
