we need to invite international clubs to india

Baichung bhutia is not fit to be an intenrational player. The only hope for indian football is to invite various clubs from european and african leagues to compete with both here and abroad.
Funds to host foreign clubs should not be problem for the Indian football federation. It is a question of getting allocation from govt and private companies.
Government finances are anyway a blackhole. If you look at the latest central and some state budget the unplanned expenditure is more than planned expenditure component. That shows these government people cannot account for the money spent. Therefore a few hundred crores to be spent for improving football teams should not be a big amount for the sports ministry.
