Pramod mittal may be growing like anything in steel industry. But he is neglecting his technical man power by not paying salaries in time. Around 6 months pay and 2 years LTA of his employees kept with him. The organisation will suffer for want of technical man power. It is not fair on his part. Being a renouned international organisation he should satisfy his employees. I myself one of the victim. Even after my relieving from GSHL in the month of July 2006, still I have to get the full and final settlement. Around Rs.6,00,000 of my money blocked with that organisation. HE MAY BE RUNNING HIS BUSINESS WITH HIS OWN EMPLOYEES MONEY.
