Calm down!

I live in NY and had the pleasure of watching Shikha and Neha Uberoi and Sania at the US Open.
As excited as I was to watch Sania play Sharapova, it is obvious to even the most casual tennis observer that there is a long way to go in her game. She is young and her game has not matured. Patience is a virtue in tennis which she has not yet mastered. Sharapova put on a clinic of consistancy and patience.
Hopefully all of this Sania mania does not derail her from improving as a tennis player. This is what made her famous in the first place. I'll get excited when she hits the top 10 and/or wins a Major.

I think she is gonna crumble under the weight of enormous expectations from her. The state of things in indian sports are so bad that the likes of Sani are expected to become overnight celebrities if they win a few matches in a Grand Slam. Cricket is the only sport doing well in india. For any other sport or a sport icon to make a dent into that is too much to ask.

While we all are very proud and happy to see Sania making the ripples as of now, cant the media leave her alone. She is under more pressure because of media, than her opponents.Pray leave her alone.

I just wanna to say urge Media and every Ms. Sania Mirza Fan please let her remain busy with her Tennis, kindly let her go with her own pace, do not expect too much too early. She is best judge of herself and the game. Let her concentrate on her game and workout her week points. Its just begnining !!!

Too much exposure, too much media attention may divide her attention so as a true well wisher of Sania and India I would urge Media and People of India to kindly pray for her and wish her good health, peace and prosperous and leave the results / outcome to the ALMIGHTHY.

Regards & Thanks

Seriously, I fail to understand..watz so great about her?? there are like 10 thousand other great indian junior players who can beat her to pulp with thier game...While she hogs all the limelight at the sunfeast open..the others jus have to maintain a low profile in this snobbish overrated sania mirza\'s shadow. Shame on Indian tennis and the whole sports scene, Bah!
