SBT has been improving with every outing and won some important matches in the high profile NFL. Such a team with so many local home grown players in their ranks need to be encouraged. In the coming seasons SBT is bound to create further interest for soccer in Kerala. Relegating such an upcoming team to the Second Division is a bigger defeat for football in our circumstances. The issue of relegation needs to be studied carefully. We need to keep the larger picture before our eyes and try to think big.
