A few days back I read an article by Mr. Kamath on the affairs of his company (ICICI Bank) today. In it he talks about the pangs of pains in golden handshakes and that he runs a leaner and meaner organization today thanks to some tough decisions he took about four year back.
I have been a SB customer of ICICI Bank for over 4 years . Earlier on I used to be at the unfortunate end of its bad service. A number of wrong posting of amounts and a horde of other mistakes and errors used to be the bane of my interactions with the bank.
If you would like us to believe that Mr. Kamath and his clique of IIM graduates ICICI Bank are far more efficient today , you are misplacing your thoughts. Or he is simply using your good offices to construe a hunky dory picture of his organization.
Is ICICI Bank afraid of a Customer Satisfaction Survey after so many years ? I dont remember being asked to respond to one all these years.
Or have they really bothered to find out whether their customer service department is of any great help beyond their telephone menu. Most requests for modifications or changes go without action. To date my
