i think viren was candid and straight when he said we need to improve

physical skills
tactics.
See what happened to Australian soccer team qualified to world cup beating uruguay after bringing Guis hiddink the world famous coach.
Similary the indian hockey team has great talent but we need a reputed , proven coach on the world stage who can handle the team.
