Something like this wouldn't happen in India. Its really a matter of how you look at it. Half full or half empty. But if Sachin Tendulkar (that too after he is all retired and still coming over after playing a "charity match" after a freaking long time, despite health issues) comes over and arrives late at airport..he would STILL NOT BE MISTREATED even if he got rough with the officials and late on FLIGHT.
Simply cuz itz that "biased respect" for such people. And that is not bad - positive bias as such is fine.
You don't have people representing your country in the world on a daily basis. Legends are rare, cuz of which they are called legends.
Such a matter (MARADONAz issue) shouldn't have been made loud enough for the media to popularize about. It is disrespect for Argentina, Maradona's fans and the event (charity match and Maradona's comeback) that is now soiled for such a stupid reason.
