This is unique! Al Maktoum quitting and I am happy that he raised questions abt running of sports in UAE. Perhaps only a person of his stature can raise questions, being a part of the ruling family. If it would have been anybody else raising questions, perhaps that individual would have been deported from UAE. I am bit amused to as to whom his questions are directed? In UAE and in Middle East even Municipalities are run and (rather owned) by ruling families. I would like to congratulate Al Maktoum on his winning a medal and even more for his raising these fundamental questions, and I hope things change. Most importantly, democracy, is the key issue out there, as most things are run as per whims and wishes of few people with no logic behind them. Immigration policy is another thing, VISA rules change almost on a regular basis, and the list goes on and on..
