That was not the kind of response you need, what the column does is provide an insight to an NRI who is doing real well, and me studying in the US, am proud of it. Its only when I came here that I realized although different people live here nobody beleives they are Americans thats why we have Chinese-American Indian-American and stuff, most of them are never allowed to forget their roots. Id prefer this acheivement to any mention of Sania Mirza, who just won a wimby junior (only amateurs play in this league) doubles title and gets all the publicity of a superstar , which our own Lee never got when he was that age..

I think this article is a great tribute to the Indian woman and her abilities despite her slight physique, just cos she was born and brought up in the US cannot change her genes , can it??

This is a pathetic article she is a US citizen there ends the matter.

Iam dismayed to see that there is absolutely no coverage of the doubles event where two of the brightest stars in Indian tennis are playing
