Just because generations back someone in her family had something to do with India, she becomes an pride to India?

She is an US citizen and India demands no part in her victory.
Rediff, stop posting such articles which give such second hand pride to India.

Our media is always trying to take pride in people who do not live in India and have no connection with it - why ?
