i think its time for people to realize wht a useless player beckham is. Whats the use of all the hype around him when he cant hit the target from wht...8 yards!
This shows the gulf of class between him some others like King Zidane.

Beckham is not all that he is projected to be. But at least he doesnt suck!! He missed this penalty only because he tried tooo hard (if you can get what i mean!). Maybe the last miss was playing on his mind. He struck the ball too hard and placed it too much. I agree that he had a really bad game. He was nowhere in the match. But the crosses he can make, the free kicks he can take, his precision pin-point passes are unmatched in the world.
The electrifying match gave a negative result when Beckham missed out the shooter...It was hard to digest which cost england their fate...I loved to see england as a champion...but now i wish best of luck to Portugal...i want them to be the champion
Great Match....How Mr. Baggio missed penaly shoot out during worldcup, similarly Beckham bend it. Its nice to see England Fans Dull Faces. Cheerup guys better luck next time
It was a fantastic match and portugal really fighted well .. They played well so luck was in favour of them , and england had definitly missed rooney, when he went out in 27th minute..
Good luck for Portugal and their coach sellari , who might be the single coach in world histry who will win the Successively world cup as well as Euro cup..
This present Portuguese squad is playing with passion before their home crowds. Their attacks and counter attacks are breath taking. The bench strength too is capable of delivering. Luis Felipe's introduction of his substitutes changed the entire complexion of the game. The coach was one of the few who looked confident and composed through out the epic contest that went into extra time, penalties and the sudden death shoot out. England put up a great show but with the exit of Rooney the psychological advantage was adversely affected although Michael Owen and Sol Campbell tried their utmost best to nullify that loss. This English team trained by the Swede Sven Goran Eriksson won the hearts of millions with their fabulous play. We wish Beckham and his gallant fighters all the very best in future international encounters. We loved watching them. The Portuguese have a hard journey before them. We wish Luis Figo and his triumphant heroes all the best in the round to come.
