He has spice both on and off the field !

He has already proven enough in the soccer world. Remember a team has 11 players. Don't count everything on him. His mere presense is insiprational to the England team..

Maybe Becks had a bad spell towards the end of the season. Who wouldn't? Anyway, the heat has now subsided and so he can now concentrate wholly on the games. I'm sure England, lead by Becks will provide us with loads of entertainment. We'll most certainly be treated with those awesome free kicks.

hii

Beckham, for me has lost some spice in his play, his brillant free kicks have stopped coming he has not played upto his potential especially with Real Madrid. But when it comes to England, Beck will be back and do his best and England has all the posssible chances after France to lift the Euro 2004

Certainly he does. Despite all the off-field presuures he has delived enough. Dunno why he alone is put under the microscope despite delivering better than the likes of Zidane, Raul and other big guns. He defintely is a talented footballer groomed by ManU. Ask Owen and he'll tell you better the effect of Becks. Unarguably, he will be at his deadliest best on the right. Any given day, "A ball is Becks is half a goal".

wel, great people, do it wen they do actually need.and david will do it, when the country needs him the most. And mostly he needs it most.He will perform as how sachin did in the two consecutive centuries with australia years back in sharjah. and the world will witness the day, which is not too far away.

beckham sure can spice it but not on the field!
by aakanksha on Jun 09, 2004 06:05 PM

i wouldnt quite agree to people saying that beckham is a good player, i mean he does seem to earn goals to his names but he just doesn't seem to be doing much on the field.i guess what keeps him going is his marriage to the hot spice girl victoria and his highly conventional sense of style. i think he would make a better movie star than a footballer.
i just wish him good luck for the euro 2004.
