It has been a great victory, one that all indians should be proud of, I think its high time that indians start looking at other sports than cricket, these cricketers think of themselves as gods, we must make them realise their place, They take up so much funds of our sports, that the other sportsperson who deserve it are left out. Kudos to the side. It is indeed a rare and momentous occasion as India are now the Asian Champions in both Men and Women Hockey. Well done girls, especially after the poor facilities provided to you by the IWHF.Hats off to MK Kaushik as well.A super effort.
Congratulations to the Indian Women's Hockey Team for winning the Asia Cup finals and also for qualifying automatically for the forthcoming Hockey World Cup Tournament in 2006. The team can now on plan, focus and prepare for sterner battles ahead by concentrating on the gains from the recent performances. Well done ! Good Luck in future !
