1 medal won by 105 crore indians - what else can bring more shame?
by swarnakumari on Aug 21, 2004 10:52 AM  | Hide replies

This time it is Rathore and last time it was malleswari with sole olympic medals aved india from absolute shame. None of the heroes whose statues in thousands we find all over india shamefully did nothing
(1) with respect to olympic medals
(2) with respect to ever exploding population
(3) with respect to institutionalised corruption
(4) with respect to criminalisation of all political parties
(5) with respect to zero accountability and zero transparency in government departments / establishments / institutions
.....and the list is long
infact they should have been branded as national number one villains

I do agree with swarnakumari ji I m very sad when we blames to our player for their poor performance how they can responsible for that. A man who won the medal in Olympic no body knows the dedication responsibilities and efforts have been done by that country as well as people also.
What kind of efforts we do for our player of course we have a responsible democratic government who play her role quite well but the system behind that is ruled by some erogenous, selfish, corrupt, worst officials they dont bother either people emotion as well as players pain.
our latest example is major rathore achievement prove that medal can win by taking the responsibility by all.family , institute , organization that can possible if we depute the right responsible person on the appropriate place.
