I don't quite understand why more often reporters make big reports out of small contents.For example, they interivew a person, first reporter writes what the person said in his own words with a minute difference followed by the persons exact statement in quotes. Here is a small example: ---------------------------------------------------- Paes expects a tough fight from the German pair in the semi-finals, because they are also a little unorthodox.
"This German team is also a little unorthodox. They are going to be tough; we will try our best to beat them." ---------------------------------------------------- For me its like you are forced to read all the lines and making myself fool as it wastes lot of time.
If writing in this manner is a protocal, so be it.
