TO be frank with all you readers karnataka has always been a good swimming state bcoz the trend has been set right up in 1980's with fantastic swimmers like ABHIJITH JAYATHEERTHA RAO, SHETTY SISTERS(SAJINI AND ASHIMA),MEGHANA NARAYAN,HAKIMUDDIN etc.the performance of these sportsmen are really great not just bcoz of their state records but the international honours they have achieved in a field thatz not recognized very well.of course NISHA MILLET basically is from a different state,so we cannot take her honours with feeling of selfpride,but anyway she is doing a good job.and to be frank with you readers we want ABHIJITH back on track coz he is really an OUTSTANDING AND AWESOME SWIMMER COUNTRY HAS EVER SEEN(the records speak for themselves).if at all any of our readers know abhijith well kindly advise him to swim coz he has got a very long career to go,there was also a rumour that he has problems with his coach,but that should be kept seperate and he is the only guy in INDIA who can win an olympic or an asian medal in aquatics.so buck up swimming fans,ask abhijith to pull up his socks and start swimming as soon as possible.WE WANT TO SEE HIM BACK IN ACTION.
