No Player should be indespensible. The coach should have confidence in the other 15 players rather than make such comments. Praise is okay and fine. You can't judge a player from just 1 or 2 games. Consistency is the primary key to success in any game.
We showered our hockey players with many praises and more and what was the result in the champion trophy.
