I wish to join millions of my countrymen in conveying my hearty congratulations to Anju Bobby George for her remarkable feat in putting India on the World's Athletics map. It is her sheer perseverance and hard work, aided by allround support extended by her Husband-Coach Bobby George and family members which resulted in this historic achievement, making India proud.It would definitely induce young talents of India to pursue athletics seriously in the coming years.I wish that our Central and State Governments would organise a grand function to felictate her, her coach and suitably announce handsome monetary rewards.
