No two thoughts about it. It's got to be Roger Federer. It was probably the best run in Wimbeldon that I have seen. Hardly have it ever happened that the best players are left so humble after a match as has been the case with many of the matches that Federer had played this year. The elegance, that has been so unseen on lawn tennis for such a long time, is as if rediscovered and bettered by Federer.
Hard for Roddick fans, it would not be a fair contest between Federer and Roddick this year. There is only one god this year in Tennis and it is Federer.
