Unfortunately, as with many of our laws, the Rape Victim Protection law is too broad, in that it doesn't clearly define a "victim." One who is a victim does not willingly go to a man's hotel room at midnight (or any other time). If she was forced to go with him, then she is a victim. If she goes willingly, then she is asking for trouble. This woman is not underaged, and I assume she didn't grow up in a convent. She knew what she was doing and should take responsibility for her actions. Celebrities are an easy mark for women like her. In such cases, where the accused is named and investigated, the accuser should also be named and thoroughly investigated. Anything less is an affront to justice.
