I always believed that she has in it to make our country proud of her.Above all, she is very nice, kind hearted and charming female. I wish Sania all the best.... Hope to see you soon:-)
I am really proud of Sania, for her grabbing the Wimbledon at a very first attempt. The credit goes to her parents who encouraged her, which resulted a history.
Simultaneously, the three coaches Mr. Bhupathi, Mr. Narender nath & Mr. Vasudev Reddy who trained her, also, desreve equally a pat, they should get some sort of commendation from the Government as they judged the right figure to give a good and tremendous coaching.
Saania your performance was appreciable I wittnessed your match on TV, May Allah give a very very successful career. The whole nation is proud of you today and blessing of whole nation are with you.
This is a proud day for India and Indians. But the Sports authority be not proud. They should hang their heads in shame for not capitalising on this potential at a younger age. Remember Martina Hingis became world no 1 at the age of 15. Had Sania been tapped earlier, today both the Williams sisters would have been annhiliated by our Sania.
Kudos to Sania for her grand success. But we should not forget that it should be just a start. If we look back at the Indian tennis circuit, consistantly we have failed to make a mark despite of a few initial good openings. I blame on the extra hype created around the players which mesmerise them so much that they lose focus on the game and as a result are not able to continue their good work. India has a long way to go as far as tennis is concerned. Sania has the potential , she should realize that she cannot be contented with just a win becoz she can actually become the likes of martina hingis et. al. provided she focuses well and does a lot of travelling to european and american tennis circuits becoz those are the places where you really get to know where you stand in the world tennis scenario.
But anyway, her achievement cannot be undermined, she deserves a standing ovation.
Congrats........we are so proud of you. Atleast Indian girs are now taking up something other than Miss Univ/world. We look forward to a lot more from India. Three cheers....hurray...hurray....huray.
