Well done Rohan. Good luck. Future beckons you.

Experience might have played on you Rohan.Future is with you. Hone your skils with keeping the ball in air and jabbing it with as much spin so that you can approach the net more regularly. Just donot bother too much about first serve. Well done Rohan. Good luck. Future beckons you.

Paes is the king of Indian tennis! He could challenge anyone on the ATP circuit. I am sure he is going to pull us through against Japan

After Lee? comment
by Nimma Ayyan on Feb 07, 2003 10:59 PM

HI,
This is a comment on someone who has asked what after Lee? Believe me, this is what people have been asking in all spheres of life, when great people retire or pass away?
Do you recollect people asked the same question when Sunny Gavaskar rtired, when Kapil retired, when Pandit Nehru passed away, when Gandhi passed away, when PT Usha retired...
Have faith and hope..sport, just as in life, has its heroes and winners for each era. After Lee and Hesh, there may be a dry spell..but rest suured someone else will take the mantle. I distinctly remember this when Vijay and Anand Amritraj retired,. But God gave us Lee and after Ramesh retired, we had a mini-dry spell after which Hesh came along. Don't worry tennis fans...the Harsh Mankads, the Rohan Bopannas, the Sunil Kumars will assume the mantle some day. For the moment let us all be thankful for the great thrills and moments that Lee and Hesh are provising us.
Regds,
Nimma Ayyan
