SO what, can we give anything else to the poor athlete back, well if I am sure I have seen video clippings after the Asiad when the medal wining athletes were felicitated & our ministers receiving them at Airports & offering huge prize money & all those stuff & well where was Sunitha those times, she was a villan at that time, everyone tried to be more vocal than the other to abuse her &ridicule her including Jyothirmoy Sikhder who infact had said Sunitha was a disgrace to Indian Athletics , well will these people take back their words, will they give her back all the peace of mind that she lost that day when she was told to have been proved as to having used banned ,performance enhancement drugs, well it Is a pity here is an athlete who had won laurels for the country & she was cornered from all the festivities & suddenly she is told she can take back her medals, will they give her all that she has lost.

For all the trouble she has gone throough, i still think she should not have collected the medals the second time. IOA and AAFI president Suresh Kalmadi should have taken the matter to International levels and refuse to collect the medals. This way, sterner action and measurements would have taken place in the future. We should not have bent our backs. Inspite of it, i am really happy for Sunitha Rani and pray she gets more medals without the need to undergo any more troubles "OFF" the field.
