Chess will be in the Olympic games.Whether it is in Beijing in China in 2008 or in London in 2012 if London wins the Olympic bid. It is more of a sport than other sports. My question is what defines a sport. If it is just athleticism than we have lost the meaning of the word sport. An athlete in ancient times ,I am going back to the Ancient games meant "one who competes."Look at chess, anybody can play. There are no physical boundaries no language barriers this is the sport of the 21 st century.
