I think its time to change this president KPS Gill.... its a national game.... its not a battle where you have to fight terrorists....... we need some one who knows about this game like john wright in cricket....... sahara india is a great indian company,every one agrees that.but the way they were doing this kind of acts is very unfortunate.it was the same with cricket too by the same company.i personally think that there would be particular time for every thing,it is not just before an important assignment , which certainly helps their reputation if their happend to win the trophy.i think they will do it this time.
What the hell the hockey players think of themselves! First they cry for sponseships and when they get the sponserships they cry for adjustments they have to make. So you see the problem is not with sponserships but with the players who fail to make adjustments.
Its unfortunate that Special Training sessions are being Hijacked. We are yet to be NO.1 In Hockey Playing Nations and add to this we are not serious about our preparations.Smaal Victories in Three Nation Tournament seems to go into our heads . We have to revive the Glory of our Country in 1960'-1975's.I will request to our Sponsor not to tamper with the efforts of our players and not to treat them as caged animals- They need fair treatment, what's the need to invite film stars for Shoots.Our boys have to be given acess to advanced techniques of fitness and efforts should meet to raise their mental level so that they perform consistenly- I mean wining. Typical INDIAN sponsors !!! Why TYPICAL ???? Because, they are SELF-CENTRED and CALLOUS. Least concerned with Indian hockey. Just interested in their own publicity. No wonder we are where we are. To THINK like INDIANS is anathema to this country of selfish individuals.
well its all in the game.when a sponsor puts such a lot of money its their turn to get the deal done either way. as for as the game is concerned all our players are professionals and should get used to this atmosphere coz good things always comes with demands.
The players should take it in stride. With lot of difficulty the hockey team has received a sponsor. Nevertheless they should bring out this point in a cordial manner with the sponsor.
