Here is a true man... a true professional... a true sportsman... a true hunmanbeing
by prakash on Apr 21, 2003 10:00 AM

If someone missed the GP on sunday must have missed one of the biggest show of a true hero.... The victory and the walking into the grandstand proved all his critics wrong. If there was a real man in the game of sport then my bet will be his name would have to be shumi.
While watching the race the only other moment that could be compared with was Sachins Ton in dedication to his father ( who again had died just a couple of days back)
If you ask some one the real difference between the ordinary and the great... I guess it has to be this professionalism and dedication and passion to what one is doing...
This is a wish from deep down my heart that we as a country should have millions and zillions of shumis who have not only done their moms proud but also their country and the field they are a part of..
In the world where great talkers are admired.. this man spoke not by his words but action and hats of to him

sad demise of micheal and ralf's mom .....and subsequent podium positions....extreme contrasts..of life.......
by arun premraj on Apr 21, 2003 12:00 AM

it's really unfortunate in which the manner micheal and ralf's mother passed away.....it just makes the death of their mom seem so much more longer to sink in...god give them strength ...to bear this..phase..

but they won podium positions...just after that...
admist an unimaginable saga of memories and emotions..of their entire life with their mother..
which only they alone can feel....
and finally to drive the ultimate race car..which requires the same level of focus and concentration..and win the race...is i think true champion stuff..similar to the world cup where tendulkar returned to score a century after his father's demise.........
anyway......hope they can pass through this very difficult period with courage...
