I think I can beat both Anand and the kid. Anand shouldn't play the R+P endgame against me, haha, kidding. Chess must be played only for fun. Only a few make a good fortune out of it i.e. Kasp,Kram ... . Chess is very time consuming, I'm a Computer Science grad and unfortunately I have spent hours on Chess. What a waste!. I've come to the conclusion that Chess must be played only for fun. If I were the kid's parent I'd be working on his Other talents. He might have a brighter future in Math, Science, ... etc.

I guess good luck!

If such was the case V.Anand would have never come up. It's the parents who's got to take initiative. What ever prasanna's parents are doing is very good and i wish them Good Luck

Many such children start out as prodigies but they lose interest in chess after a few years.
It is a question of sustaining your interest in the game.

I don't think raising funds for a bright child should be a problem. Please send me info on how to get in touch with the child's parents.
