He himself agreed to at least four serious charges made in CVC report. A person at such post should resign on ethical grounds even with a hint of doubt raised. He was provided with the CVC report by SC and asked for his clarification on the same. He failed to satisfy the apex court. Later SC asked committee to take a call. They took a decision as per their powers. Now if start questioning ability of every one, then whom do u believe. Do you mean every thin in this country shound be done as per your opinion ? You are not in power. Public has asked you to sit aside. and let BJP to govern. Earlier the same congress backed thes four SC judges including Ranjan Gogoi. Now they doubt the same Gogoi and his representative in the committee.
komaaaaali Modi is certainly acting in mortal fright that the lid might be fully blown on the huge loot contemplated in the new Rafale deal if Verma continues as CBI chief.
But Rahul Gandhi is silent on why the 3rd member of the panel that removed Verma - Justice Sikri - has so meekly surrendered to the obvious pressure brought on the judiciary by the komaaaali govt !
He is silent on why the CJI, who is actually the 3rd member of the panel, sent Justice Sikri in his place !
Justice Gogoi is perhaps wishing to have the cake (retain his image of being independent consequent to his participation in the press conference by the 4 SC judges a year ago) and eat it too (escape pressure from the govt to scuttle investigations into the Rafale scam) !

Even price was given to SC and Sc has cleared the deal saying nothing suspecious found in the deal and no need to investigate. Still.... You can't believe a defence deal can be so clean ! When it is Govt to Govt deal, whom do they give money to ? AA was chosen by Dassault and not favoured by Govt. Tell who was favouring RV ? Cong. created a judicial system which takes decades to deliver a judgement. You are using that system and questioning Modi and claiming there is nothing wrong in 2G & Coal scams. Entire Judiciary, education, media is infested with congis & commis. It takes time to clean the system.

While dismissing the 2G cases in July 2017, the judge sharply rebuked the CBI for not being serious in pursuing the prosecution and for weakening the cases against Anil Ambani, Raja and Kanimozhi by consistently sending junior officers without experience for submissions and hearings !
So, who is to blame for letting the 2G culprits go Scot free, you dumbo ?

Why transfer. If it was private / MNC he would have been sacked. But in govt. the corrupt gets transferred and investigation goes on for years and by the time the investigation is over the person would have died or court forgives because the person is old.
If Verma think that he is transferred over false, unsubstantiated and frivolous charges, he still can cosult his adivsor Prashant Bhushan who all the time in this world to again move to Apex court under one or other pretext and waste Apex court's time.
