All the bus stops in Kolkata has her photograph with same size along with Swami Vivekananda, Rabindranath Tagore, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose because she thinks herself at their stature. She do not know that even the children laugh at her foolishness.
It is a central government floated scheme, and state has only 40% share. Every central government schemes are like that only. It is u to her to pull out. At the same time she should also return the funds allocated for the scheme in case it is pulled out.
