CBI- cannot be impartial on corruption /criminal investigation.
by hukmaraj badala on Jan 12, 2019 01:08 PM

It is not first time we are discussing about impartial investigation by cni for example-CWG, CG, Coal , urea, bofors, sugar scams is totally doubtfull. earlier in judgent sc described cbi as Parrot during the tenure of UPA. former Direcctor Sinha has been put to limelight by SC. so it is not new that Alok vera expresssing his feeling, but we cannot ignore investigation by CVC.CVc is supervisory body for corruption and it has discharged it's duty.there were manycharges on alok sharma like HAWALa bussmen moin quereshi ,LandDeal worth 36 crores in Gurgaon, Shielding Gold seizure case at IGI delhi (when Alok Verma was POLIce Commissioner Delhi, and now we are seeing helping in the cases of runaway of Vijay malya, neerav modi etc.

In a democratic country anybody can say anything.
In my opinion and also I do believe, exist of Mr Alok verma was under democratic process , because verdict from panel was 2:1. Panel members such as
PM & member of Supreme Court Judge want to throw him out means something was fishy by Alok Verma. Herein India, Opposition always oppose whether it is good or bad. That is what we called it as democracy.

There seems to be a severe race among people to talk of saving the dignity, autonomy, credibility and constitutionality of CBI. A number of other organizations also need the same concern. What a farce and hypocrisy it is! Who is responsible and to be blamed for any such thing, if not the govt. alone? And yet, not a word is spoken for this and for requesting the govt.to muster enough moral and ethical courage to cleanse all these institutions? Will intelligent comments alone help ever?

CBI can not find any fault with government. It can not take action against rulers. It can do what the ruler says. Only the opposition party can speak against ruler. But, many people do not want the opposition, to speak against ruler.
