Deliberate delay
by parimala sawakar on Jan 10, 2019 01:37 PM

These judges are definitely under the influence of pseudo-secular party which appointed them & they go by advise of advocates of that partylike sibal, chidamram , singvietc who are friendly with them. This view was expressed by advocate sri Salve in 2014.The only route left to the solution is an ordinance not bothering about the consequences as the tolerance limit is exhausted.

Justice
by manish bharatiya on Jan 10, 2019 01:32 PM  | Hide replies

Delayed Justice is no Justice. Our Courts are unaware of this phrase.
Everyone one is respecting SC, but SC should also respect people's emotions otherwise the respect for SC will erase.

By demolishing Babri Masjid without seeking justice, BJP has paid a big prize with fundamental hindus and hindutva emoticons.

Conduct an online poll and I bet, not a single person would have understood your point. What is that you trying to say? Which school did you go?

Is any respect left? 5 senior judges held press conference to accuse the system within instead of sorting out among themselves. Where was the need to wash the dirty linen in the public? Their political lenience was the root cause of the difference and but it was presented as a "serious threat to the judiciary".

NO EXCEPTION
by chandrashekar nayak on Jan 10, 2019 01:27 PM

Even the judiciary joined the bandwagon and playing with Hindu Faith. Just postponing the hearing date without there being any valid reason is just hinting at a larger conspiracy. Justice U Lalith represented Kalyan Singh ...was this fact not known to the CJI when he constituted the Bench? Why Justice U Lalit accepted the appointment knowing very well that one of the accused Mr Kalyan Singh was his client way back?? Another 20 days waiting for Hindus.... I get an impression that Mr Kapil Sibal wanted no hearing till May 2019 General Election and the SC is just fulfilling that wish. What to say???

Who is Justice Lalit to do In-Justice and waste time ....
by Gabbar Singh on Jan 10, 2019 12:49 PM

Just a Question..How can one Justice Lalit make Crores of Hindus wait for a landmark judgement? There were 4 other SC judge, cant we go with the " Majority" and leave aside Justice Lalit. OR its some other game plan.

This snake and ladder game in SC will never give result.
A strong ORDINANCE is the only solution.

This is just time wasting tactics to delay the decision.
