The CVC, is an established body cannot be ignored.
If the CBI assumes prime position and thinks it need not respond to CVC, then it should have responded on clearly . But despite written request from CVC, they say response was missing.
Is this to say , the CBI head is above the INSTITUTION ?
And above everything is the elected government. And there is the SC, which simply said the procedures were not followed.
And now when the procedure is followed, the opposition cries fool as though they never involved in such activity when in power.
The CBI need not be subservient to the government, but at the same time cannot be doubtful of singing the tune of the opposition especially when there is lot of doubt and complaints.
When CBI director can charge his immediate duputy with corruption charges and take action, why not the government do the same when in doubt of CBI head ?
CBI head is charged with "favouring " some of his juniors, who are not "spotless", and had favoured some unwanted elements in certain cases, it is to say he is not above BOARD.
The entire country is fully aware of the police department as several categories. a) those who are corrupt, who demand money for all the work done. b) those who do work, but delays work if not offered something. c) those do work, but accepts bribe if offered. d) those who never accepts bribe, come what may.
this last category is very rare, and never come into picture as the entire system is STINK
The government should function quickly in all areas, like farmers problem, labour problems, etc. If CBi Chief is not removed immediately, he will take Rafael, through his reliable officers.

Mr Kharge does not have the moral grounds to back Alok Verma, when he himself ahd problems with his way of functioning. This shows the evil intention of congress party to use Alok verma for its benefit and save fraudsters like lalu, chidambaram and the dynasty..

Aby bhakt, charges need to be proved. By this way ur Pm is chargef for riots and many things should he be removed.. Why is he afraid of any probe? This is opportunity for him to clean shut others

Rakesh Kumar, do your home work properly before writing your comments. PM is not chargef for 2002 riots. Even the highest court of this country has given him clean chit. Do you think you have more experience, knowledge, wisdom than the Judges of Supreme court who gave this direction to decide the issue relating to Alok Verma ?

first of all who is shanti bhushan what is his role in the government functions, if the cbi director had any complaint there is highest authority in this country but it appears he followed foot steps of four eminent judges of supreme court who violated breach of oath by approaching cpm leader as if he was president of india

then why raid conducted at Mid night ? why all other officer who were probing Govt. blue eyed boy Ashtana's case transferred in mid night coup of CBI head quarter ? When JPC can be order in Bofores,coal etc.etc.then why not jpc in Rafale ?

Do one has to inform them in advance when raid has to take place ? Rafale is the trump card for 2019 parliament election and when truth comes out, opposition parties will be quiet.

SC court reinstated only on the condition that the select committee will decide the action to be taken on the charges filed by CVC. Now that the select committee headed by PM where in member of the court and member of opposition was present had taken an action on majority. Why hue and cry. If one do not trust SC and its judges it is better to abolish the SC. we can save money.
