Vajpayee kicked him out of the finance ministry in 2003 and moved him to external affairs due to his pathetic performance as finance minister. Jaswant Singh did all he could during 2003 and 2004 and economy started shooting up in 2004. Unfortunately it was too late for Vajpayee and he lost in 2004. UPA reaped the benefits of the great work done by Vajpayee & Jaswant Singh.
Vajpayee lost 2004 due to this loser Yashwant Sinha. And here he is giving lectures of how to use a mandate. He himself destroyed Vajpayee's mandate.

Ye his good work clearly seen sharing stage with opposition parties and criticising the same party of which he is still member having no guts and courage to leave BJP as outside no one will accept such traitor. What one can say knowing fully that even his son Jayant Sinha also do not follow his father.

Vajpayee should have retired Sinha in 2003 Nevertheless, he is talking example that Democracy & free speech is well & alive in Modi regime, despite comments to the contrary - any other leader would have place Sinha in custody first!
'Terrific mandate of 2014 is being wasted day after day' because greedy leaders like yashwant singha and shatrughan singha not given any ministirial post. These leaders has proved they never deserve any ministrial post in the BJP regime for clean india movement.

If he was so concerned about the 2014 mandate of BJP being wasted. He should come out with details of what did he present to the BJP/Govt about bringing about the change in the views of public and reforms that will enhance the needs of the people.
When he feels that grapes are sour, such statements come out in the open. Instead of criticizing the govt, he could have discussed the details with his son or the concerned govt officials in the center and let them know of his views and how it will help the citizens of our country and boast that his views are being presented by the govt.
The massive mandate to BJP has been stifled due to reek of arrogance , divisive politics & toxic speech by the ruling dispensation especially the PM himself.
When populism fail to deliver, as it inevitably does, non - fulfilment of promises is blamed on the negative legacy of the previous Govt. or conspiracy by alien or anti - people elements , it is sign of decline. Self congratulation is the most tempting trap Modi has set for himself . It is time to stop breathless celebrations . It will be wise to take a deep breath make a reality check & introspect.
He is getting old both physically and mentally, even his thought process is already dead. Just because he did't get ministry he is uttering all these nonsense-this any one who possess little common sense can understand.Hope Modi will return with 2/3rds majority in 2019 and give gig goosa to all these so called self styled experts which includes both Sinhas, Arun shourie even Advani
