Instigator must be punished more than the instigated people.

They are not only spreading anti-India rethroric - they are trying to destroy whole India.

They must be dealt sternly, we do not need them in a crowd of 130 crores who create riots, confusion and consider anti national theme as freedom of speech.

If a lawyer is found trying to prove someone "Not Guilty", or found trying to get some proven criminal off the hook of law; while the person is Proven Guilty; can the lawyer be punished?
Especially if it is proved that lawyer knew that the person was guilty; can the lawyer be punished?
If not so, why?
