From another point of view Section 497 is biased against Men. It made the man who committed adultery liable to prosecution by the husband of the lady who participated in the so-called crime while the lady in the said crime could not be prosecuted. Has this inequality also been struck down by the wise men?
As Adultery will not be considered for criminal case a lot of party candidates will be entitled to contest election besides no age bar & no education bar to enter in active politics.
Like mutual trust and love anti adultery was key element of a successful marriage.Otherwise more vulgarism , divorce will be eminent in married life in a society like India, hope the judgement will be reviewed to keep a strong check on adultery.
WISE , 'LEARNED' , BESPECTACLED MEN ,SITTING IN DARK IGNORANCE THEY CALL LIGHT, PASSING CRITICAL SUNAMI TYPE JUDGEMENTS IN NAME OF 'CHANGING TIMES' AND 'MODERNITY' BUT UTTERLY BEREFT OF SPIRITUAL AND MORAL VALUES, USHERING IN FILTH, CHAOS AND ANARCHY IN SOCIETY.

SOON A LAW WILL BE PASSED THAT IT IS MANDATORY TO HAVE BUTTONS ON REAR SIDE OF PANTS ALSO.
soon law will be enacted forcing someone wearing clothes will be illegal ,because it is interference in individuality of a person (SAB chahege tho NANGE GOOMEGE/every one will roam cloth less if they wish)because ancient social values has no relevance now and society will be governed by practically and individuality by law,if agreed then petition can be filed for consideration to protect individuality for future .
