The Supreme Court has in fact protected the citizens from the Government who is illegally demanding personal details by insisting on Aadhaar. Now you need Aadhaar only for Income-tax PAN and subsidies. SC has struck down hundreds of illegal Government orders insisting Aadhaar seeding for Bank Accounts, Mobile SIM, School and College Admission, Driving License, Marriage Certificate, Death Certificate, Stock Market Operations etc. etc. The citizens of this country defeated the Government through the SC. On Next appeal to larger bench even the Aadhaar for PAN card will be overturned by the SC. BJP Government, UIDI and BJP Bhakths think they have won but actually they have been slapped by SC. The SC verdict is the first salvo against the Aadhar scheme and the Act. The Government and UIDI can expect further challenges against Aadhaar and ultimately the very concept of Aadhaar will be totally eliminated from India the fight against it coming from Indian people.
