KCR is master in playing with centiments of poor people of Telangana. He emotionally blackmailed them in the name of Separate State. Earlier also he resigned thrice from MLA an M.P seats and forced for bye-elections. So wasting of public money and mandate is not new for this selfish guy. Once can understand such steps when state was not divided. Now the state is divided and he enjoys full majority than also he is feared of loosing elections. The only reason for such coward act is, he is feared with BJP and Modi and he don't want state elections to be held After forthcoming M.P, Rajsthan and Chattisgarh elections. He fears that if those states if BJP comes again to power than it will impact in BJP's favor in Telangana elections. He also knows that he cannot match in oratory and man-management with BJP's Modi and Amit Shah. He is aware that when Chattisgarh, Jharkhand and Uttarkhand were formed than all these states were lead by either Congress or regional party but after after five years (subsequent elections) BJP came to power and till date it is ruling those states. In Telangana BJP might not have more than 3-4 MLA's but they have very strong cadre and RSS presence which is capable enough to turn tides in elections if provided Centers support. This is the only reason KCR went for early elections.
This person surely has hawkish attitude. First he divided united Andhra which was actually doing well and imposed billions of rupees of burden on people to develop capital for 'leftover' andhra, he 'donates' public money to Temple and also announces in Muslim gathering that he is disciple of Nizam whose razakars were slaughtered by locals when removed by Sardar Patel. People there should be ashamed of voting for such a power hungry opportunistic moron...

Whatever you say, millions in Telangana would still vote for him. That means, they all are also scoundrels!!!
