IF SUCH PRACTICES ARE FOLLOWED TO DEMAND CVC OR CAG THEN IT SHALL RISE TO MOBOCRACY LIKE THAT IN MUSLIM COUNTRIES.
If the govt believes in transparency let them come out with complete details right from the conceiving of Rafale purchase to this day with out a prfix that this will weaken Indias defence preparedness.Difficult to fool people for long????

If Rahul Gandhi is more then convinced and have proof he should go to supreme court with proof.In a turn if SC finds merit it can order probe. or there sis parliamentary procedure where in CAG audit the deal in its own way (remember no one can demand this but its a procedure followed so far as a part of healthy democracy)and tables the report in parliament then opposition if finds merits then can ask for further probe.
INDIA IS DEMOCRACY AND NOT DICTATORSHIP WHERE ONE PERSON DEMANDS AND ALL SYSTEMS HAVE TO FOLLOW THE DICTATE. RAHUL MUST KNOW PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM OR HIS SENIORS MUST TEACH HIM DECENCY AND SYSTEM RULES. IN ABSENCE OF ANY VALID ELECTION MUDAA CONGRESS IS TRYING TO FABRICATE ONE WHICH MEDIA-PRESTTUTE IS ALSO SUPPORTING FOR MONETORY GAINS.

CVC is not duty bound to accept any demand(?) from the people who has no evidence to support their allegations and demand for an investigation
There was no confusion so far. Who has brought out the issue out of the blue. The NDTV.
The NDTV Pranoy Roy is under ED investiion for swindling crores foreign money. in a dubious way showing selling of his NDTV shares higher price then market value in his A/C. (Fyi, Pranay Roy’s wife is radhika Roy, who is also sister of Brindha Karat , CPM Goon).
He is trying to get rid of BJP GOvt.
Since this Govt has taken strong action against Lalu, Chidamvaram & his son. Any day Rahul's damamd will be called for & many more people are waiting in line.
So, best way to give some ammo or fake news as a weapon to Congess to fight. So that all corruption charges can be hushed up if other Govt. comes in power. FYI, reliance deal with Dassault Aviation was done during congess regime. That’s why Sonia, Ex-PM MMS, Ex- Defence Minister Mr. Antoni keeping quite. They know the truth.
Why Mr. Antoni is keeping quite & watching Rahul’s monkey dance? He must call his monkey back to the cage & stop the drama.
Now it looks Congress is full of anxiety and anger. They are doing anything to prove this government corrupt. Congress is just like cat who will not get anything even though they try. Bad luck for congress, no body is in their favour except few press puppets.
