If RSS would have never been indulged in large scale massacre of Muslims in Jammu and Reasi especially . Our community PoK refugees 1947 would have not listen the tune of same music in PoJK. So I think RSS is not at all believe-able and justified at all at present stand please . Our community is the real sufferers of their sins of the past. At least I prefer to give distance to RSS now and for ever.
Change in philosophy is welcome and needs to give practical shape is more important for real spread and adoption by the existing workers and acceptability of new sections therein. It will take a long time to give the shape and more in its adoption by masses. Moreover, a lot is of those having linkage with BJP and vice versa. If you count independents from two, the number will be very limited and in fraction only. Therefore, making the major chunk to adopt changed philosophy is a long journey and initiation a difficult task for leaders in 2 organisations said to be independent but due to common folk and following a philosophy and mantras over a long period is a difficult and long process specially adopting the ideology by way of inheritance under Indian system, a more difficult for any person to understand and follow. This mountant task implementation should be expeditious by literature, lectures, shakhas, organisational meetings at different levels. there are some sections who are in Hindu fold but have different religious ceremonies and idol or without idol have also to be understood and adopted in main fold for spread of understanding the new thought system by both organisations. the persons outside the fold have to be brought by the leaders willingly and accepting them without hate and discrimination. Lets us see how the initiative is started and the quality of warm heart for that continuously.
When any person , organization or nation or even star- systems or galaxies are reborn, they come back ,not as the same personality, but as many properties/qualities added/deleted. RSS riding on the wings of a strong scientific core Hindutva and driven by the forces of Nature to a greater collectivity of human race is likewise being reborn into a new personality.Dilution of some insignifanct externals may yes; but never the core prinicles. Rigid, self centered, unchanging forces, will fizzle out or change under crushing circumstances.

Your argument is half truth. Let it be any Government, it does many many good things and also some bad things. Congress also falls in same net. The worst things Congress did are: (1) It was having almost NO OPPOSITION, and still it promoted corruption even getting extended to unbelievable and affordable stage. (2) Appeasement of a particular community. This led to social divide that country can not afford. Look at Kashmir, Owesis, Daood, the regional political parties too have seriously damaged the National interests. (3) Appeasement also led the specific minorities to remain the backward state. This hampered very seriously the growth of nation as a whole. 4) Congress has not learnt any lesson and following same pursuit. Congress must be punished for these misdeeds.
What Modi is doing is a different thing and this should not allow Congress to go scotfree.

Whatever you call appeasement is natural reaction to the process of Muslim hatred initiated and maintained by RSS/BJP.Kashmir issue is worsened by RSS and BJP.Congress did one mistake of emergency and got punished in sufficient way.It is turn of BJP now for punishment for cheating all.Whether it will happen or not, that I do not know. a new birth is also the stance of Mohan bhagwat, surely he means to himself that the RSS has never come into a fraction as much money as it has in the past 3 years (especially after the Modi govt swiped Rs 40000 crores from the exchequer in one go through the Rafale deal) !
And there are innumerable other deals (though smaller than the Rafale deal) that have either been done or on the way that will ensure adequate funding of all those elaborate political propaganda exercises of the BJP and RSS as well as to pay lakhs of common cadre at the rate of at least Rs 1000 per day for years together to go from house to house asking for votes instead of doing other jobs to earn a living !
