.....till an upright RSS-BJP-Led-NDA which has an unprecedented record of an upright sense of "personal-discipline"-driven upright sense of honesty and integrity in public matters ensured that the Judiciary too build its sanctity and be no more "polluted" by the colonial-mentality-driven ancient practices the ugly face of which we saw recently in the press-conference of four 'dissenting' judges of SC, one of whom has been elevated to position of CJI.....the perfect example of BJP-Led-NDA's non-interference and unbiased selection of the highest voice of authority only short of the President of the Nation.
It a times surprises me that we need to believe judiciary, when some of the judges of the highest court, come out and say they don't have belief on others in the court. Also, we see years together running in courts for the culprits, who happen to kill their own children, but instant arrest of innocent on some people on trivial cases.
Indira Jaisingh is sadly mistaken and appears to have lopsided view of what subversion is. In my opinion, nothing is more subverted than the judiciary in India where a few dozen families are the source of judges in the High Court and the Supreme Court. Worst is the case of the Supreme Court where most of the advocates are simply arranging the appearance of senior advocates who have 'face value' before a particular judge or bench. Clients wait till their case is listed before a particular bench and then their lawyer 'advises' them to engage this or that Senior who charges an arm for appearance and the lawyer gets a hefty cut ! This is not justice but fleecing of the masses who look to the courts for relief. It is a well known fact that an ordinary Indian cannot afford to approach the Supreme Court.

Above article is informative, but judicial system in India could not have the trust of common man due to expensive, time consuming and based on only legality. None of the judge is accountable in our country, none of law is perfect therefore decisions of lower courts are changed in higher court whereas law is the same in whole country. Under the nose of each judge, bribe by Peshkar or Reader is common acceptable norm in lower courts. Actually we need drastic change in our criminal laws keeping in view the huge population and mind set of people with accountability factor. Judicial system must also peep into facts instead of only legality.
Kudos to her. So unlike our present ruling dispensation each clamouring for limelight/ media coverage/ photo ops/ marketing their much smaller achievements, often exagerrating/ adopting falsehoods also... Salutations Ma'am..you set a worthy example

Nonsense. The reason there is an article here about her is because she has lobbied for it.
And this site will print anything as long as there is something anti-modi in it. For their campaign they are digging out old trusted congress stooges from all over the place.

She is known for her anti Modi anti governmenr(present only) stand. She is like Advocates Prashant bhushan, Dushyant Dave, Dhavan, etc. who got wisdom that everything under this present government is not right.
