the husband will have to spend his savings paying legal expenses...he will lose his job his income...wont be able to provide for his wife and children their food clothing shelter education etc...thus in one stroke modibjp destroy one whole muslim family....
tt ordinance is actually contempt of SC who had expressly said that the husband should not be jailed...
