Not sure if its fair to stamp the guilt of such crimes with a typically indifferent"american' branding. Countless illegal immigrants come from caribbean countries like Puerto Rico and manage to find jobs that help them to somehow eke out a living , far from the chaos and terrors of their own lands. Most of them are not legally settled and far from being american citizens. This should rather be described as a sick mind of an insecure illegal hispanic settler who probably envies and hates literate immigrants or visa holders like Indians
