The article by Dr. Godbole is critical and informative. Ther is need to amend the Commissions of Inquiry Act and thwe Commissions need to be given powers under Contemp of Courts Act. Such powers have been given to ADMINISTRTATIVE TRIBUNALS.I fthis is done then only the commissins and omissions done will be brought to the notice of General Public..

The article expresses very clearly why Commissions of Enquiry have not created any difference and how they have even been made less effective. I wonder why the Supreme Court and the Central Government have failed to appreciate the suggestions made by Dr Godbole. Hope that some one in power will read.

Method devised to defer/defuse present situation just to satisfy agitation, still to see any result coming out of it, tax payers money is drained.
We want action oriented govt. not deferring type. Hue and cry made in 2014 election against corruption, even 20% are not punished so far in last 4 years, how to win trust on such moves then.
