Very good attempt to commercializ but ensure 100% success rate and should not be a laughing stock with alibis. Bye-the-by where is GSLV regular launch programme also with zero failure rate. Safex look far more dependable, albeit costly but compete with them in safety and security.
Well done ISRO. You must aim to get 15-20% of the 357 billion rupee market. That would be around 5000-7500 crore of annual revenue. With a profit of 30% that should yield 1500-2000 crore which can be used to support the expenses. ISRO should aim to become self-sufficient and even profit making entity.
BTW the article mentions 357 billion dollars market size in 2 different places which is clearly an error. It correctly mentions 357 billion rupees in another place.
