To stop such charges army men should be allowed only 10 rapes and 10 fake encounters....if number exceeds that then only cases should be there....otherwise they will get demoralized....as army person they should also have some rights as they are away from their wives,...ofcourse now that section 377 has been revoked they wont have to do such things
The army officers should not have gone to Hon Supreme Court had the Govt not allowed any cases against them. The armed forces personnel besides protecting frontiers have to protect themselves along with collegues and for that the meadures that they take are according to field situations. It is bad to logde cases against them to gail political grounds.Govt must take some meadiure and hard protective decisions in this regard
